Granola, yes, I received a clarification on the rate situation. I can see the rates dropping down after hitting a high of 5.9+% a few days ago. I think rates will trade in the range of 5.25 to 6% during the year. JMO Stock Bull PS: What's your understanding on the CRB...trending up or down?
