Classic Breakout plays i.e. on Cup-With-Handle typically see the second side of the cup form and then three to six weeks of reduced volume sideways to lower movement...I believe we saw a Breakout and Stall, which could well set this one up for a more severe move upwards the next time round.

From a fundamental standpoint, obviously they have signed on management with a proven track record and the instant credibility moved the stock, and likely there were rumours of the AOL announcement.

Somehow that story didn't play as long as I would have thought...but I think there will be more confidence when the next wave of announcements comes out and perhaps some financial information indicating Actual Revenue Streams. Then, with current performance known, analysts can extrapolate how much said performance should improve in light of new deals or progress in signing on advertisers etc.

The key will probably be to make it a wave of announcements, as opposed to another one-off like AOL. AOL, however, shows that they have a good business model and should ultimately grow this thing to many multiples of the measly 23 cent stock price.
