Anyone know who is buying the warrants? Or how to find out? I wonder if it is an investor, or another company.

I guess the warrants are good news, since it indicates that NCKIF can raise some badly needed capital. I wish I had more details on the warrants though. Like strike price, duration, cost, etc.
