Doug, It is my understanding that the 2,000,000 shares are
exchanging hands. There are about 12 institutions that are willing to
sell & one or more investors willing to buy, with the buyers seeming
that they do not wish to be identified at this time and are an
off shore & non U.S. citizen. Again this report is only 80 pages long
full of legal language and I am just a common ordinary guy.<g>
