Ice,

I agree that margin and market timing are the two major negative aspects of today's market. The risk reward ratio falls in the well diversified, under leveraged, long term bull's camp because human nature dictates that in the long run the economy - run by a bunch of intelligent, optimistic, innovative folks - almost invariably does better (and right now the economy is really doing well).
