Anyhow.. The GHMSI purchase was to integrate all the modules and software inhouse to help expand to the needs of the managed care markets. Therefore, we are looking at basically $1million in additional revenues to 1997 from this purchase. However, I am told that this will help position HMSY to attain more managed care contracts and growing the information systems side.

Hmm.. interesting. Anyhow, I agree this stock is waaay undervalued right now and thinking of buying more shares. Stock hasn't been this low in years.
