Marty placed on the BoD would show that the Current BoD has the shareholders best interest at heart and the share price would rise significantly, probably be an all out buying frenzy..it would also reduce further dillution..it would be Win,Win for anyone who owns a share of this company..... Or if Marty gets the runaround and is not placed on the BoD it would show us all that RG and PH have something significant that they are trying to hide and could not care less about the shareholders, this will in FACT create a selling frenzy...RG and PH would be left holding a huge bag of worthless paper...
