In today's Thestreet.com, there's an article entitled "Net Firms Lean Toward M&A as Alternative to Going Public". The article, which does NOT mention NAVR nor NETR, has a quote in from an IPO analyst stating that firms are filing S-1's, but are still deciding whether between ipo'ing or m&a. The problem of dropping enthusiasm was sighted. Any possibility that this may be happening here? And if so, whose shares would appreciate? navr or the purchaser of netr?

This is my first post as I only joined SI recently, although I've lurked for several years. And I'm definitely not short navr.
