Robert, Looks like TRW is raising cash to help fund an acquisition. They had about 10.6M pre-split shares in April 99, so who knows how much they will sell. Just bought some more at $39.25. Other insider selling isn't the significant compared to TRW. RFMD might be down for awhile... Good luck Neal.
