Robert, I know what you mean. My sister just bought a home there for $1.8. Really ought to be bulldozed, you know? Could have bought a 600 acre colonial estate in Virginia for that price, livestock included. But stock options in Palo Alto drives the housing market and it's quite a unique if not temporary phenomenon. It isn't a forever market, let me tell you. And I'm speaking from having lived in Hawaii and ridden the market there. It's 50% off it's 1991 peak... BTW, keystone state is PA. Without it, Ohio would fall into Lake Erie and New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland, and New York into the Atlantic. Nobody needs that kind of cataclismic event... What a stock this CMGI, eh? Mark
