Hi John, Last year at Intel's Analyst's meeting held in NYC, I had a conversation with Andy Grove. In that exchange I was critical of Intel's Investor Relations Department. (If you recall, many of us on this Intel thread were critical of Intel's IR Department's silence, especially in regard to Intel not responding to Tom Kurlak's ability to bounce Intel's stock price around. Much to his credit, Andy Grove followed up on our conversation. We exchanged e-mails, and he even had the then VP of Investor Relations, (she no longer holds this position), call me. However, this year, for the first time in six years, I was not invited to the Intel Analyst's meeting. John, I was just wondering, should I interpret my not be invited this year, as a message that Andy Grove no longer wants honest criticism, or just another sign of the disarray that Intel's IR Department appears to be in, since your departure? Best Regards, Jules P.S.- If you think it will help, you have my permission to forward this post on to Andy. |
