I picked up some at 13 1/2-5/8.....how did you get the IPO?

The brokerage house Wedbush seemed to get a large allocation. I asked to be placed on a waiting list and it turns out shares were available.

There was some story about Rubio's management setting aside shares for So Cal residents, to thank them for their support over the years, but I don't know if they could really do that.
