I also find Jubak's viewpoints occasionally insightful. But he also often times strikes me as just off base. I do not want to be a geo-snob. But it is hard not to wonder whether a left coast vs. right coast thing might not be operating here.

Disclaimer: Yes, I do live in Silicon Valley. And yes, I do believe working at companies like Cisco, Bay Networks and Oracle has helped me 'get the picture.' FWIW. Regards.
