Terry...Yes, you and I must have purchased about the same time based on his recommendation. I was coming out of a mall and still remember when they did not get the real estate TV deal and listened on the cell phone as my broker told me how far it had fallen. One of the worst days of my life... looking much better now. Persistence pays off.
