Well, maybe there is another reason for lack of success of NATO to completely destroy Serbs war machine! Maybe US doesn't want to destroy Serbs armed forces, in order to leave a counter
ballance to KLA! The same mistake that US made in the closing days of
Gulf War, where south of Bassora they allowed four Iraqi armored divisions escape to the North!!
