The combined entity (35 mil. shs O/S) will have over 400,000 users. DSL is supposely better than cable. If you were around when BCE bought equity interest in CGI & BCE Emergis, than you'll know what CY can becomes. $10 plus is possible, says, $2000/user x 400k / 35 mil. shs = $22.85/sh (AOL & Athome is valued at $4000 & %5000 respectively).
