I expect that they will be forced to do so if they have not already made this information public. I believe the Ambase management is very gunshy of saying anything that might be construed as causing a speculative bubble in the stock price. Remember, they are just clearing up a major stockholder's suit based on the precipitous drop in Ambase shares. That being said, it is still a mystery as to why they continue to weight their balance sheet with so much money reserved against possible damage awards. Ambase management and a small group of investors hold the controlling shares so it is hard to force them to do anything. I continue to be optimistic about the eventual price of the stock. I just wish they would get on with it and give the stockholders some information. Dave
