Revenue Increase of 569% for Same Period Last Year
OASIS, Nev.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 21, 1999--CyberAmerica Corp. (OTC BB: CYAA - news) Friday announced that it has filed its form 10Q through the Edgar SEC electronic reporting service.

The filing reports a net profit of $323,327 on revenues of $1,059,508 or $.11 / share for the quarter ended 3/31/99. Revenues increased from $158,264 to $1,059,508 for the same period last year.

When asked to comment, Richard Surber, president, stated, ''We are pleased with the company's performance to date. Our goal is to continue to identify and acquire additional undervalued assets and exploit them to their maximum potential.''
