I am in charge of investor relations for Fortune Financial Systems, and have recently become aware of a posting on this bulletin board regarding a flyer that was distributed at one of our seminars, and wanted to respond thereto. The flyer made allegations regarding corporate fraud and fraudulent activities of Fortune Financial. We believe that these flyers were disseminated by former employees of Success Media, a subsidiary of Fortune Financial, with whom Fortune did not participate in the day to day operations. These former employees apparently have severance pay issues unrelated to Fortune Financial. Fortune denies any allegations of any such fraudulent activity. Fortune continues to actively operate its business, and I will be happy to discuss any of the foregoing matters, or any other matter, with any shareholder or potential investor.
