Thanks NeuroInvestment,

I appreciate your informed opinion. I agree realistic balance is needed at all points of ones investment. Just because a stock is up one should not put on blinders to risks and pitfalls. In fact the recent issue of MERZ turning down a collaboration is a multi-issue development. I personally have lowered my expectations until mid summer based on this development and your perspective.

On the good side MERZ was the one who walked. Hence they have the bargaining chip and are confident in the product worth. NTI has great leverage on this matter thanks to MERZ. I would like to know what were the sticking points in this rejected collaboration.

On the flip side this probably means a longer negotiating period with another Pharma. I don't see this as a real issue unless it were to take us into the fall. Then one would have compounded risks. ie the lack of collaborative credibility and the funding which goes with it. This would no doubt result in added dilution. Hence without a Pharma deal by month end I believe a note of caution is in order. It is only responsible.

I seriously doubt a Pharma will wait through the Fall to finalize a deal. This would actually cost them much more because they would have much less risk to absorb. Thus I agree with NeuroInvestments mid Summer ( End Of July/Aug ) time frame. Yes June would have been ideal. It was my original prediction assuming no hitches.

NTII was obviously undervalued at say .50 based on it's near term potential and basic technicals. That is why I had little problem spreading NTI's story around the internet. This recent activity was bound to occur. Even a dollar is a solid technical buy IMO.

The stock is going to need some sort of positive development to exceed $1.50 IMO. Understand without a Pharma deal by the end of June NTI must raise additional funding. While I feel highly confident this will occur it does add an element of risk.

Heck I would love to see NTI run to $3 or $5 based on mere speculation. Sure if and when NTI cut's a Pharma collaboration I could see reason for further optimism and anticipated price appreciation. Right now a trading range around $1.5 is very realistic at this time IMO. I have always predicted the stock would trade to $1.5 pre-Pharma collaboration. It is unreasonable to expect much more until after a significant development occurs.

Yes I still strongly believe these events will occur. If it wasn't for this delay I would probably be more bullish. I agree with NeuroInvestment that balance is needed at this time. To expect more at this time would be unrealistic. My long term expectations have not changed one bit.

Best Wishes
Jeffrey
