CD if you run a scan of INETS top tier 2nd tier 3rd tier you will see carnage over the past couple weeks---many are down between 45-60% or worse--here is a kicker for the whole market today DOWN Volume was NINE times higher than UP volume at 3:00p---I am 66% cash and chasing nothing--bought 500 PTEK at 17.81 then 500 at 16.81,and was looking at it at 15 3/4 and said "NO! don't chase."
