Symbol Technologies and Tracker Announce Global Alliance to Market
Tracker's Technology

TORONTO, May 24 /PRNewswire/ -- The Tracker Corporation of America (OTC Bulletin Board: TRKR), announced today
that it has entered into a global alliance with Symbol Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: SBL) to support Tracker's marketing and sales
efforts. Symbol is a world leader in mobile data management systems with innovative customer solutions based on wireless
local area networking for voice and data, application-specific mobile computing and bar-code data capture.

Under the agreement between Tracker and Symbol, Symbol will offer a performance guaranty to approved Tracker's
customers. The performance guaranty provides that, under specified circumstances, Symbol will assume Tracker's limited
warranty obligations regarding Symbol's products; assume certain of Tracker's post-warranty support obligations under
Tracker's service contracts; assist Tracker in the attainment of potentially large orders by providing pre-sale technical support;
and designate support personnel to familiarize itself with Tracker's technology. Under the arrangement, Tracker will utilize
Symbol's advanced bar code and laser scanning technology in Tracker's products and services. Symbol has granted Tracker
exclusivity in the personal property identification and recovery of lost or stolen items market segment.
