Wally said it very well. I would add that this is no panacea, in that
companies that want to receive VC funding through the retail public must start/continue ( depending on the company ) treat their financiers with due respect, there has been a dramatic change already when one compares last year to this year, more and more investors will not even touch a company if it is on the OTCBB. It is incumbant to those that remain to give this arena a good name, being fully reporting is not enough IMHO.,, Barbara
