ATLANTA (May 24) BUSINESS WIRE -May 24, 1999--Global Telemedia
International, Inc. (OTC BB: GTMI-News) announced today its 1999 Board
of Directors and officers.

"We are enthusiastic about the combined potential of GTMI and its new
wholly owned subsidiary, Bentley House Furniture Company (BHFC)" said
Jonathon Bentley-Stevens, newly named President of GTMI. "I envision
significant growth for the company in construction, hospitality, and
technology arenas. I am pleased that management has been able to
assemble such a qualified management team and Board of Directors to
lead the company forward. This team will strengthen and expand the
company's focus on the international telecommunications agreements,
high quality furniture and interior construction for offices, hotels
and resorts, as well as timber exports between the USA, Europe,
Australia, Japan and the BIMP-EAGA countries (Asian NAFTA type

Jonathan Bentley-Stevens, who also is President, Bentley House
International Corporation (Seychelles) and Chief Executive Officer of
BHFC. He is also the author of the Bentley-Tricap Ancestral Land
Development Plan, currently in use in the Philippines as a platform for
infrastructure and technological development.

EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT

Regina S. Peralta, who is President of Bentley House Furniture Company
and also Vice-President of BHTC Sdn. Bhd, a GTMI subsidiary and the
Brunei Marketing division, and was a Board member of the Philippine
chamber of Furniture industries.

VICE PRESIDENT REPRESENTING THE PHILIPPINES:

Roberto S. Sebastian B.Sc. He was Ambassador to the World Trade
Organization from the Philippines, and Chairman for the Area
Development Project Board (GATT Legislation) and is also President of
Marsman-Drysdale Estate Plantation Inc. As former Secretary of
Agriculture of the Philippines, he brings his international network and
marketing skills to the company. He will oversee the plantation
development and international export operations of BHFC , a wholly
owned subsidiary of GTMI

YAM (His Royal Highness) PG.ANAK HJ. ABDUL WADOOD BOLKIAH BIN PLSCN PG
ANAK ABDUL AZIZ, Prince Wadood Bolkiah is the eldest nephew of the

Media; BK Vision BSB Broadcast Media: Sebkcomm Technology,
Communication Brunei and Chairman of BK Network Advertising Marketing

Gen. Renato S. de Villa B.Sc. 5-Star General Chief of Staff and
Secretary of National Defense in the Philippines He was a presidential
candidate in 1998 and holds an MA in Business Management and a Bachelor
