AirTouch Extends Contracts With Metro One Telecommunications
PORTLAND, Ore., May 24 /PRNewswire/ -- Metro One Telecommunications, Inc. (Nasdaq: MTON), the leading provider of Enhanced Directory Assistance(R) (EDA) to the telecommunications industry, today announced that its contracts with AirTouch Communications (NYSE: ATI) to provide EDA services have been extended through 2000. The contracts, which were to expire during 1999, cover EDA services for AirTouch subscribers in Phoenix, Seattle, Denver, Minneapolis, Portland and other western U.S. markets.
