Don, I find this lack Vol. very troubling. Investors are selling their holdings across the board but not in a panic style. This shows to me that this down trend is, well, a down trend with legs. We have no news to attribute all this selling to, rates do not cut it in my mind, so it's investor perception of overvaluation. I'd rather see a blow off caused by some news, that when looked at more closely, is not that bad. Greg
