Dear Rick: I am trying to get the complaint we filed in electronic form from counsel so that I can post it. I am not that computer literate you know. One of the things the complaint states is that Management did NOT "shop the deal around" as you say. Rather they relied upon a "fairness" opinion to an already agreed upon price. Now, if you read the deal management is FORBIDDEN to initiate ANY calls to potential acquirors. JDN
