The application for a NASDAQ listing has been submitted. Among the requirements for a listing are two outside BOD members. That requirement has been satisfied. Unfortunately, TGCC has no control over the timing of when NASDAQ approves the application (assuming there are no other outstanding issues - I am not aware of any). Could be by summer, or maybe not. I would hope that it is soon!
