Re: Business Wire v. Mitchell, et al., No. C 99-1987 EDL

To the defendants in the above-referenced action:

Business Wire personnel have been receiving offensive, harassing and threatening e-mail messages as a
result of your posting of their e-mail addresses on the Webnode.com website and in discussions on
techstocks.com. We hereby request that you remove these e-mail addresses from the Webnode.com website, inform visitors to the site that they should not threaten or harass Business Wire personnel, and refrain from further postings on the Webnode.com website or at techstocks.com which encourage or enable third parties to threaten or harass Business Wire personnel.

Please be advised that if you fail to take the steps requested above, you will be held responsible for any
resulting injury or damage suffered by Business Wire personnel.

Sincerely,

/s/

Lisa M. Sitkin

Do they REALLY want to talk about "harassment"? Shall we consider the lololol "hypothetical" case of a "hypothetical" wire service that sues and persecutes three private individuals who hope to educate the public with their April Fool's jokes?

FYI all: last week Lisa attempted to serve me via email. Sent the summons, sent the complaint. Our lawyers say, as I didn't for a moment doubt, that this doesn't constitute "good service".

So what's their game? Do they think we're THAT stupid?

Oh, and Lisa:
