I called the company on Friday after hearing this unconfirmed rumor a number of times on different threads and THEY DO SELL TO LOCKS TO THE PUBLIC! You should read the SEC filings. LOCK's "distribution" agreements prohibit them from selling directly into the retail market. I put distribution in quotes because the deals are suspect, to say the least; recall that LOCK is under investigation by the SEC. The phony "distribution" agreement is not currently generating revenue.
