Oh golly! Its going to be the internet rumor this time eh? This stock has seen this sort of volume and movement many many times. The MMs move shares back and forth giving the illusion of interest in the stock. If the movement attracts attention and some speculation then they dump the stock to the novice gamblers. Someone once published a long term chart on HCCA. It showed that it has risen sharply several times, but the rise never lasted more than 3 or 4 days. And all the serious hype started 'after' it was pumped. Furthermore, those trying to sell never seemed to be able to get the bid that was posted even though it appeared stock was trading there. Have fun.
