Just a secret between you and me. (Maybe everyone already knows.) In a phone call to FDA today, someone was told that LTK would be at the July panel. SNRS announced that they anticipated the panel because they got a call from FDA. Well today SNRS had a PR that they were officially at the July panel meeting. In that same phone call, FDA said there were 2 excimer PMA also going before the panel. There have been no rumors regarding this. People talk about LASE and BEAM and VISX having PMAs for LASIK, and other indications. None of these have PRs that I have seen so far. So there maybe something released before the open tomorrow or will there? The price behavior says that it will be BEAM and LASE. But what was that move in VISX in the afternoon from? Keep an eye out. Finally, FDA said something about an Intraocular lens. I will assume that this will be STAA. And their price movement probably confirms it. (... and the fact that KERA, a head to head competitor to STAA, has been so depressed.) Joe
