Jeffrey, Neuroinvest, we are on the same page. We differ only the time frame of our perspective. My enthusiasm was and is for the long term prospects of Memantine as a profit engine for NTII and the short-term prospects of obtaining a favorable deal from a major pharmaceutical company for Memantine marketing. I am not predicting when a partnership will be announced. I am only stating that the published data are very strong and make the likelihood of a deal on favorable terms very high.

I've never been one for saying whether a trading range is reasonable or not or for having "target" prices. There are too many factors involved to make any kind of meaningful prediction. The general market climate and the climate for biotetech and microcap stocks has a major impact as well as the value of the company. I simply watch the trading pattern and make decisions based upon what I see in regard to current news and conditions.

In regard to NTII, I felt that the rally over the last week was powered by hype and is running contrary to the current market. I don't expect any major news for the next couple of weeks. That's as far ahead as I feel comfortable predicting. So I sold the trading portion of my NTII holdings today between 1 3/8 and 1 7/16. I am guessing that over the next couple of weeks NTII will back up a bit and I'll buy back more shares with the same amount of money. As I've mentioned before, this is a common trading tactic of mine and doesn't represent any lack of belief or confidence in NTII. As a matter of fact, I am more confident than ever in the long term prospects of this company.
