You are on target this time Jim...Watch the volume and lower lows on lower volume for an entry point. It is possible we could see high 7's or low 8's when the dust settels here. We will want to also look at the open interest expansion in those $7 1/2 puts.

A good strategy might be to sell the $7 1/2 puts to open and hope they put the stock on a final drop below $ 7 1/2.

What has happened to that large investor who sold all those $10 puts back in December or January? Did he ever cover. I believe there were 10,000 contract or about 1 million shares controlled. Could this institution be unwinding their position today?
