i just wanted to point out to all posters here that one does not have to have financial gain in mind when bashing a stock. libel is libel and there is precedence. one must have the ability to understand the difference between lieing about a company in a public forum and posting negatively-biased facts. i think a continuous pattern of malicious comments can be determined to be libelous with the intent to harm a company's reputation.
