Sam, I think you forget about the rules and regulations applying to affiliates/directors...I don't think the lines of communication will be as open as you expect...Personally, without a solicitation of proxy,I think your email request will probably be filed in the trash..This was not the proper course of action,IMO.Don't the company Articles of Incorporation outline the process that should have been taken?..suppertime..DD
