Richard, I understand that the financing is very, very, solid and plans are being made at this time for what ever is needed including additional employees. The IPM Maxam merger is possible if everything works out for us and when the price of Maxam gets respectable, say 3 to 4 dollars . Right now we are at a wait and see. Paunch
