DELL off 20% in just 5 days. Institutions should have downgraded this when it was in fortys. Now if they start those downgrades, individual investors are screwed big time. This is very unlikely to happen.
Expect upgrades once it goes below 35!
1.8billion float, and dripping on low volume. This is not big time dump, but a panic sell followed by the effect of market correction.
