Well, that's what I'm getting at-if I have an ID and a password, am I an "account holder" (I have both, but can't get real-time)? If I'm not, what does Lombard require for access to real-time? I've never heard of "free" real-time, although with PBS, I can get psuedo-real-time by entering an order on-line, which gives me a REAL-time quote, then aborting the order...
