Scouser, JMCGC is merging with a market maker, they also own 100,000 shares of privately held Optimark which has developed a proprietary trading system that NASDAQ will begin using this summer. If the NYSE uses it also, all the better for Optimark and JMCGC. Rumors of JMCGC starting an on-line trading site upon completion of the merger. JMCGC dropped about 16% in today's weak market. Not bad considering it gained nearly 80% on Friday. RCJIII
