Thanks. I guess that means that unless you have BKS today, you will not have BNBN spinned to you tomorrow. I had planned on buying BKS the day before the spin off and sell both parts on the day of spin off. So I guess there goes that plan, unless the "practically the 5/25" part of your messages turns out to be not so practical <G> Am I hearing you right? ST
