Wow, big day for ARTM, up nicely yet again. ARTM owns 1 million shares of DNTK. They bought the shares in order to acquire a DNTK subsidiary. That transaction has yet to be disclosed. DNTK exploded today, up around 80%. With both stocks flying, maybe a merger is in the works. I doubt it is a coincidence they are both flying in an otherwise awful market. RCJIII
