Jacalyn, as always, fine work and digging you do in your DD. Now let me ask you this; you seem to feel this should construed as a warning. I see it differently.

The filings seem to indicate that they have basically eliminated their losing positions, have reduced their eps losses to .01, and, IF they are at all successful in developing their new relationship and business with Spice channel/Playboy, they could "redevelope" into a successful company.

from the header....

"In recent years magazine sales have dropped off, and not made a profit. Consequently, PMGIF got rid of those unprofitable subsidiaries by voluntarily turning them over to creditors WITHOUT filing bankruptcy. This explains the current low stock price"

So the "new info" you post isn't really new; just restating what was already understood. Taking it from here, we need to determine if this is a "buy" at this price level.

I do hold a small position here too, sitting on a loss from when this first came to light. The questions we need to have answered now is, "is this relationship a reality, and will it be fruitful.

I don't expect any rapid return to profitability from PCMIF, nor any big runup. At least not until there is definitive proof of the likelihood of any success and/or some significant new release for the positive!

have a nice evening,

darrol
