TIME TO BUY?? IS ALL THE BAD NEWS OUT??
1) The long awaited Actua 2110 is shipping, it's official : 6 went out in 4 th Q 96 and they are sold out until spring

2) Revs are increasing quarterly and yearly. 96 was a 27% inc over 95

3) Earnings are also going up on a before tax basis (remember 95 had a 2.8 MM tax credit and 96 a 2.2 MM tax liability) they increased 12% from 6.1 MM to 6.8 MM. There are reasons to believe that EPS AFTER TAX will grow more rapidly going forward.

4) All fourth quarter production was carried out in the state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Grand Junction, Colorado which should lead to greater operating and cost efficiencies in 1997 and beyond.

5) SmartStart for smaller companies is ready. This should increase entry level customer base even more.

6) The move to a direct sales model in US will be fully completed in 97.
This should increase sales momentum.
