I don't think the DRAM guys are going to see any upturn this time around - the three big WWF guys all are rapidly ramping new fabs and upgrading many many old ones. Everybody are fully 'armed to the teeth' with 0.18um process equipment. I don't think this DRAM thing is going to get resolved until we go past the 0.18um generation.
