If you have a major problem with investing in nonreporting companies, than don't. This isn't complicated.
I don't particularly like utility companies, so I don't invest in them, however other people do. I don't waste their time and mine talking about why I don't like utilities.
The company being nonreporting is a risk factor, and one I had to spend time getting comfortable with. However, once I was comfortable, that factor just goes into the overall risk index.
I PM'd a different basher, and asked for any specific information they had about Medinah. First response was a mbx that they were too busy fighting the good fight, stated we would talk later. Second response was they were tired of saving people from themselves. Long and short of it, they provided NO INFORMATION. Unfortunately, the talk of being tired of saving people from themselves didn't last long and they have returned.
It would be nice if the completed Gordon House report would get posted, and we would get some more info on the proposed JV. I guess we just have to wait.
