Dabloc - I am holding 100,000 shares and bought some at the high and have been buying for the past month - each time I have played with the MMs trying to figure out what they are up to. I would place a limit buy at 10 cents and they would raise the ask to 18 cents; I left GTC order for 8 cents, they raise it to 10 cents; I once placedan order at market and they filled it at 12 cents; go to www.cyberspice.com and get your name on the email list for when they begin the website. "Under construction"; last update to that site was about 2 weeks ago. I see this new filing as good news for those that are long and are just interested in the website and Spice deal. They already explained in December that they were wrapping up loose losing ends and the fact that they have lost only 1 cent per share rather than 1.99 p/s is good. Also, I posted a subsequent post/paste of a particular paragraph of the latest filing that is a positive as well. You are correct, that they did not file bankruptcy - they are involved in this website development in more than one angle; I have found out McNamara has his own company (filiming) company that is making the movies for PMGIF. He got a half million dollar loan in December from PMGIF to fund his filming company; not one executive has been taking payment for their labor in this company - they are pumping the money into the website activity. They are still trading on the canadian exchange (as they were incorporated in Ontario Canada) and they have come up with the filing fees in a timely manner to file with the SEC. The beginning of next month it will be interesting to see how many shares the MMs have accumulated at www.otcbb.com. They have been really "tight" with the shares this month and I have tried to buy on days that there is little or no activity - and I had to fight to get my shares. I didn't know you were in this stock - I had been sending pms to Dexx and Joe P but when I got the latest filing, I just let the board read what it says. I could have sent you pms too; I came across some good links and stuff; however, when you send a pm, there is no copy sent to your folder and once I sent the pm, it was gone!! I give this until the end of July at the latest to see some type of movement; if not then, it will be a loooonnnnggg August and September. They have the experience having been associated and in cahoots with www.persiankitten.com - all they need their own stuff. (that site is pretty lewd too) but I am in this for the gains - which once the site is active - zoommmmm. :) you said it best: The questions we need to have answered now is, "is this relationship a reality, and will it be fruitful. I don't expect any rapid return to profitability from PCMIF, nor any big runup. At least not until there is definitive proof of the likelihood of any success and/or some significant new release for the positive! I did have a pretty good day with my other stocks, thanks for asking and now I have to enjoy the evening with "my boys", Jacalyn
