entering new ones carries a lot more risk than simply getting a good night's sleep and waiting until the next day. I think you have been a trader too long! Believe it or not there are people out there who hold stocks for days, some even weeks! Wow. Some even hold for months! Just playin with ya. These people who have real jobs and kids they have to get off to school and dogs barking and phones ringing dont have time in the morning to evaluate some subtle suggestion from Alan Greenspan or see what happened in Hong Kong and then log on to a broker to place orders. Most dont even have time to glance through a morning paper. After hours will be for these kind of people, not much use for traders except as you said to react to big news. I'll bet there will be lots of opportunites for the sharp to take advantage of overreactions. Eric
