Rajiv, have you heard of (1) Lante Corporation, and (2) Public Strategies Inc., (PSI). Lante is a private company contracted by CUST to develop the software for its internet payment system. PSI, a law firm owned by one of CUST directors, is charged with marketing CUST's internet products. Neither strikes me as heavy hitters in their respective industries. Then again, who has ever heard of Joseph Charles until today.

None of the company officers has any professional experience in software or internet fields.
