Chuck I appreciate you ... I called and talk to Tony.

1.) He is a personable man and knows nothing about stocks just timber
2.) He was going to resign if he did not get want he wanted in the deal which he said he got which was stock and not just options. Now that makes sense to me and I would have threaten to resign if I were him also.
3.) There is in fact a hostile take over between large shareholders of the stock. The guy that owns 6M is not giving way to whatever tactic is going on .
4.) Apparently affiliate(s) of the old PR firm is/are posting under a shroud on the internet along with other with motives of their own.
5.) VCAH presently has no PR firm or anyone to speak on behalf of the company.
6.) They are in business and there is not an office just yet but they do have attorneys New York and I was told an accountant .
7.) He did not know the stock structure but is going to get me the information. He is clueless of stock so he has some checking to do.
8.) He does have deals and he is going to go forward regardless. However he has never been public before so he is leaning .
9.) He is also unhappy about some of the hype that is being touted on the internet which is false. I am not sure what is false and what is not. BUT I WILL FIND OUT!

Now according to what I can put together there is a hostile takeover in place and this one is just getting started, however, it will have some growing pains. The float is 11M according to Tony NOT 15M... Avalon on RB is close to the name of the associate of the old PR firm, Javalon who has a seperate PR company. Notice only the J is missing. I do not know for sure but it sure does look strange doesn't it. Anyway I believe this guy is trying to run the stock so he can bargain for shares as the new IR.

Apparently this one has some controversy behind the scenes that involves money and greed. Plus he is going to have to change his phone numbers now since his private life is being violated. I do not blame him there either.

Those that wish to be upset at me for posting what I discover today can . But the unanmed truth will prevail in the end.

Chuck, you know I am a stickler for DD and I am a pit bull. I want answers and not BS or speculation. I have one more call to make in the morning and will post what I discover. I do my own DD and I will get hopefully some answers to some tough questions I have.
